Total Activate is a non-profit organization that was born from a vision God gave our founder during her personal wellness journey. Seeking something to inspire and keep her going, she received the concept of Total Activate as a means not only to uplift herself but to bring positive change to the community. Today, Total Activate is an empowerment group dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and purpose in the lives of youth and families.
Our founder, a passionate advocate for mental health, is on a mission to help youth tap into their inner strength, encouraging them to recognize their unique potential and purpose. Through interactive fitness, wellness education, and community support, Total Activate inspires each individual to lead a healthy life and understand their God-given purpose. We believe every person is created for something extraordinary, and our goal is to help our youth discover and embrace this through the power of health and wellness.
